Our organisation, Estudiantes, uses high level sports provision to encourage young people to complete their education and progress into Education or skilled employment. The majority of the young people we work with are 16-19 and yet to gain a pass in their GCSE's in Maths and English and so the opportunity to employ staff to directly help students’ progress in these subjects will really enable us to positively impact the lives of the young people in our program.
