We are an employment-focused and employment-led organisation that strongly believes in our “open door” policy, which involves upskilling individuals who are considered the hardest to help and are furthest away from the local labour market. We do this by creating tangible opportunities such as accredited courses and providing exit strategies into further education, employment, apprenticeships/pre-apprenticeship through education, training, and our employment services. Our approach opens gateways into the workforce through bespoke Sector Based Work Academies (SBWA) and guarantees interviews via our ring-fenced vacancies with in-work support.

We provide flexible targeted support on a one-to-one or group basis with the aim of enhancing each participant’s chances, understanding and ability to progress into sustainable careers through upskilling and/or volunteering. Our ultimate objective is to upskill and increase the likelihood of securing sustainable, paid employment, enabling them to focus on positive growth and reducing violence and antisocial behaviour.
